Dear Friend of Saffron Marigold,
Fathers Day is upon us and I would like to take a moment to thank you for making it so special for me in so many ways.
As a way of introduction Anisha, my wife, and I are co-founders/owners of Saffron Marigold.
From its inception, Saffron Marigold has been a labor of love for us. During this journey, it has always felt as though we were nurturing and growing a very special baby. Thank you for trusting us with your business and helping us grow from a mere concept to a viable small business that has served more than 10,000 customers till date.
Today, however, I write this letter for another special reason. Last August, Anisha and I welcomed into our lives our dear little baby boy Vivaan… a real human this time 🙂
This is my first Fathers Day!
I feel grateful to you as it seems like the road travelled these past few years, thanks to your support, has prepared us well to take on this responsibility. It has opened up a dimension in our lives that we never knew existed. It has also provided us with the flexibility we need to be involved parents. Vivaan will be 10 months old soon, and it has been a joyful and ever educating journey thus far.
Below are two pictures of him and me. The first one was taken when he was a month old. The second one was taken about two months back. I do not mean to be self-indulgent, and I sincerely hope, in the spirit of Fathers Day, the pictures bring a smile to your face.

As has become a ritual, we come out with a series for every special occasion during the year. The Fathers Day series is always tricky. I don’t know many fathers who look forward to receiving linen as their Fathers Day gift. However, I also don’t know many fathers who do not appreciate a good nights sleep on some high quality, but good value, linens. If those linens have a story to tell, then I am sure, it’s all the more special!
