We received our Memories of Shalimar curtains today and just finished hanging them in our bedroom. We love, love, love them! They have transformed our entire room! My husband and I visited India as backpackers back in 2000 and fell in love with the intricate patterns and beautiful colors found in Indian textiles. We were on a backpackers’ budget back then and couldn’t afford all of the beautiful things we wanted to bring home with us. I was thrilled to find your website and see that I could purchase curtains (and much more!) online for such an affordable price. We are excited to order more things in the future. I just wanted to let you know how thrilled we are with our new curtains. The quality and craftmanship are amazing. I feel like I have a little piece of India hanging in my house now!

Memories of Shalimar evokes images of walking through the magnificient Shalimar Gardens at dawn when the sun’s rays are just waking up and beginning to warm the earth and glow amidst the morning mist, while a fragrant breeze carries aloft a whiff of attars and perfumed silks from the palace. The print with midnight blue, dark chocolate and gold, is radiant and resplendent.
