The Dreams of India collection is inspired by the ubiquitous sari, holding the traditions, secrets, and mysteries of the art of female adornment within its bountiful folds. Using hand block printing with gold paste overlay, we recreate the look of India's resplendent Banarasi silk saris with their myriad hues and skillfully woven shimmering gold zari motifs and borders.

The sari, it is said, was born on the loom of a fanciful weaver. He dreamt about a woman...the shimmer of her tears, the drape of her tumbling hair, the colors of her many moods and the softness of her touch. All these he wove together. He couldn't stop.
